I work collaboratively with children, adolescents, and parents to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and self-esteem. I strive to tailor therapy to each individual's needs while creating a safe and compassionate environment where meaningful change can happen.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I value building genuine relationships with my clients because I believe that feeling safe, accepted, and understood is the foundation for healing and growth. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, Internal Family System (IFS), and play therapy — to meet each child or teen exactly where they are.
I offer sessions both in person in Yorba Linda, CA and via telehealth, making it easy for families to access support in whatever way works best for them.
I invite you to reach out if you'd like to learn more or see if we're a good fit. We can schedule a 15 mins complimentary consultation to talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions you may have, and explore how I can support you.
There's no pressure or obligation—just a chance to connect and see where the conversation leads.
