About Me

Hi, I'm Lillian, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting children and adolescents through some of life's most challenging moments.

Seeking therapy takes courage, whether you're reaching out for yourself or your child. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where children, teens, and families feel comfortable being themselves and know they don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

I believe every child and teenager has unique strengths and the capacity to grow when they feel understood, supported, and equipped with the right tools. Therapy isn't about "fixing" someone. It's about helping young people better understand their emotions, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy ways to cope with life's challenges.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to support children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings, including school based mental health programs, community mental health, and the child welfare system. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the many challenges children and families may face, including anxiety, trauma, family transitions, behavioral concerns, and difficulties at school.

I have worked closely with parents, teachers, physicians, and other professionals to help children receive the support they need across different areas of their lives. This collaborative approach continues to inform my work today.

Outside of sessions, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and friends: playing board games, going on weekend adventures, and always dreaming up the next trip together. All things that remind me to stay playful and present, which I try to bring into the therapy room too.
