Therapy and Support for Children, Teens, and Families
Every person and family has their own story, challenges, and needs. I provide a warm and supportive space for children, teens, and families to explore their concerns, better understand their experiences, and find ways to move forward.
I offer therapy and support for children, teens, and families experiencing a variety of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and more.
Child Therapy
Children don't always have the words to explain what they are feeling. Through therapy, children can have a safe space to express themselves, understand their emotions, and develop healthy ways to cope with challenges.
Teen Therapy
The teenage years can come with many changes and challenges. Therapy can provide teens with a supportive space to talk, explore their thoughts and feelings, and navigate what they are going through.
Parent Support & Consultation
Parenting can be both rewarding and challenging. Parent support provides a space to talk through concerns, better understand your child, and explore ways to support your family.
Telehealth Therapy
I offer online therapy for clients located throughout California. Telehealth can provide a convenient and accessible option for individuals and families who are unable to attend in-person sessions.
Who I Help
Children and teens don't always have the words to express what they're going through and parents don't always have the answers. If you're noticing changes in your child's mood, behavior, or relationships, therapy can help. I work with kids and teens ages 6 and up navigating a wide range of challenges, including:
Anxious or constantly worrying — feeling on edge, overthinking, or struggling to manage fear and stress
Feeling down or withdrawn — losing interest in things they used to enjoy, isolating, or seeming hopeless
Carrying grief or loss — processing the death of a loved one, a pet, or another significant loss
Affected by trauma or difficult experiences — showing signs of distress from past or ongoing hard events
Struggling with attention & focus (ADHD) — having a hard time with impulse control, organization, or behavior at home or school
Dealing with low self-esteem or identity questions — negative self-talk, people-pleasing, or uncertainty about who they are
Having trouble with friendships or peer relationships — feeling left out, socially anxious, or navigating conflict with others
Going through a life transition — adjusting to a new school, family changes, divorce, or other big shifts
Holding something heavy they haven't found words for yet — you sense something is off, even if they can't quite explain it
I invite you to reach out if you'd like to learn more or see if we're a good fit. We can schedule a 15 mins complimentary consultation to talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions you may have, and explore how I can support you.
There's no pressure or obligation, just a chance to connect and see where the conversation leads.
